Zapier alternative with context and memory

I sell on shopify and I'm trying to automate customer support triage but zapier's openai integration treats every ticket like it's never seen the customer before. No memory of past orders, past complaints, nothing. Someone who's had three issues this month gets the same generic response as a first-time buyer.

Is there a tool that can handle support messages with context about each customer's history? Or is this just not what zapier is built for?
