Starting a new job and feeling like I don’t fit in

So I will be starting a new job soon hopefully and I had my interview finished. I got to meet some of the people and it was very awkward and stressful. It felt like I didn’t fit in and everyone is just very different from me. I am a person from an ethnic background and it seems everyone there was not and there it seemed to be no diversity in the office which made me feel upset and I felt distant. I am not saying it is a bad thing but I would like to see other people with different backgrounds like myself as I just feel like an outcast.
