Bulk Dev doesn't fill in the tree anymore.

Before the most recent update if, for example, you were awarded an SR unit from the story, you created it by bulk dev, all of its materials would be filled in on the dev tree. This does not appear to happen anymore. It's not a big deal, but it is slow to craft everything one by one the first time.
