Month 1 TBC anniversary economy breakdown: what's actually making gold vs what every guide told you would make gold

First month on dreamscythe felt way different from what all the launch guides were saying TBC
Everywhere it was the same stuff: 
Primal might
Primal fire
Easy gold
Just do the obvious things

Primal might was decent for like five minutes. Not literally but yeah. Early on i saw margins around 40g a couple times and thought ok nice this is probably the play

Then everyone piled into it and that was basically it. After that it felt more like 10-15g most of the time when i checked. 
Still profit. Just not the kind of thing where i care anymore

Primal fire was even more annoying because the price kept looking good.

I kept checking it thinking maybe i should go back. Then id fly to throne of elements and immediately remember why i didnt want to do it in the first place

Too many people. Too many bots.. Constant tag nonsense. Just miserable…….

So yeah price looked good. Actual farm felt awful

The funny part is the stuff that made me the most gold wasnt any of the exciting stuff

It was all the boring junk
Consumes
Small crafts
Stuff people rebuy every day
Breaking mats up
Relisting things in sizes people actually buy

Nothing special. Just constant small sales adding up

That was the main thing i didnt expect, Also the whole market feels tighter than old tbc did
Think the gdkp ban matters more than people want to admit there
Gold is still around obviously. But people dont spend the same way. If youre slightly off on price stuff just sits. You fix it and suddenly it moves

Also feels like people are way more price aware now
Like undercutting by a little actually matters
And if youre lazy with listings you just dont sell at all

Phase 2 is the only thing im really watching now,

Been buying some primal shadow here and there when it dips. Not all-in or anything
Just picking it up slowly.
Havent touched primal fire after week 1..
Maybe thats wrong later, who knows

Right now it still feels a bit early,
But also feels like the second people actually start phase 2 prep everything moves at once and then youre late
