What are Wu Yang's earrings called?

They seem pretty similar to Tanjiro's earrings from Demon Slayer, but I can't seem to find anything on what they are called. I doubt they are hanafuda earrings since Wu Yang is Chinese and Tanjiro is Japanese. Anybody know anything about this?
