I have a Sunscreen recommendation!
We used zinc only sunscreen for several years with my first. It worked fine but i noticed she still got pretty tan by end of summer. Then i started reading articles about how American sunscreens aren’t allowed to use the newest approved uv filters due to our outdated approval system, and a friend who had done a lot of research recommended this la Roche posay from Europe that’s different than the US formulation: https://www.cocooncenter.co.uk/la-roche-posay-anthelios-uvmune-dermo-pediatrics-milk-spf50-children-250ml/31081.html?
My kids didn’t get tan almost at all! This stuff works so well. Blends in quickly, and has the long range UV protection. It sucks shipping costs so much to the US, and I’m hoping not to be hit with a tariff on arrival (I’ll update!) but highly recommend if you are super worried about sun protection.
It may not be the most granola, but it’s fragrance free, made in France not china, and doesn’t appear to have parabens or phthalates.
Wanted to share!
