Fabric?

Can someone please educate me on what these carpets are all about? If it’s washable that probably means it’s not woven but rather digital printed pattern on the fibers of the rug. Is that a fair assessment? Does it look cheap and thin? Or does it look like an ordinary area rug? I imagine these looking like an outdoor rug.
