How long does DoV take in India? (before Universitaly opens)

Hey everyone,

I’m applying for a Master’s in Sapienza from India. Universitaly hasn’t opened yet, but I know DoV will be required once it does.

I just want to plan things properly . How long does it actually take to get a Declaration of Value in India?

I’ve seen very mixed timelines online (some say 1–2 weeks, others say 1–2 months), so I’m trying to understand what’s realistic.

Also, do people usually start the DoV process before Universitaly opens, or only after?

Would really appreciate recent experiences from anyone who applied from India.
