Bastion Leadership and Stun Interaction

If a model under Bastion's leadership attacks an opponent's model who has stun, will they gain zero power?

If stun reduces power gains to 1 power and bastion can reduce by 1 to zero, would it operate like an effective judgement condition?

If so, I think Stun and Poison could be extra spicy for ultimate power denial strategy.
