ascend chi ridge shift leads mess with budtender drawers

I got some insight recently and wanted to share. So at Ascend in Chicago Ridge, managers have their own drawers that they hop on to assist. Well, the workers organized under 777 teamsters. As soon as that happened, it had been noticed that the Shift Leads, started using the budtenders drawers, mostly the organizers' drawers. Well it has been recently confirmed that the company allowed the Shift Leads to go onto their drawers to ruin their cash counts to eventually give the company a reason to get them fired. This is probably more common in the industry than I personally realized so I wanted to make sure people are aware and to advocate for your own drawers if you don't already have them. These cannabis companies literally don't give a fuck so please be careful out there budtenders and stay vigilant.
