Allergy: GF/DF Resturants

hello, I will be traveling to Syracuse NY in June with my family, staying close to downtown. I am Gluten and Dairy sensitive because of my autoimmune. I’m looking for restaurants that would be accommodating to these dietary restrictions. I really enjoy sushi, French fries, bbq, and burgers! thank you all in advance.
