AP371 Help

Hey everyone, I inherited a brand new AP371 access point. I'm trying to set it up as a local access point only but I'm struggling. I can access it from the eKit app and create a WiFi network but it's cloud managed and I'm unsure on how to set it up as a local AP only.

When I try to access it through a browser with it's IP address it brings me to my router page and not the Huawei web page. If I disconnect it from the network and try to connect it won't give an IP address.

I've tried WiFi, local and through the eKit app but despite several tutorials online which each have a different method, I'm still unable to set it up.

I just want to run a Cat6 from the router to the AP and extend our range.

If this is the wrong sub I'm sorry and I'd appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction.
