25F high Aortic Artery Velocity and narrowing

I had an ultrasound of the Aortic Arteries and it showed high velocity of 213. With some plaque and narrowing.

I’m freaking out. And yes I have symptoms heavy tired legs, blood pooling, high hr, pots, fatigue, air hunger sometimes, high velocity of carotids .
