Anybody get scheduled for their appeal to increase recently

I got one from Dec 2023 and I hear they are in the 2022s now.

How does that process work? I got a bad c&p for the pact act in 2023 and immediately got another diagnosis and letter from a pulmonary doctor. It should be no problem is what my lawyer says but do I gotta go stand in front of a board and make my case or they just see the c&p was not done properly. The guy had legit never done a pulmonary function test and was getting directions over the phone and it took 2 years to even be seen for c&p so…it’s been a minute you could say.
