A case with a baby girl who disappeared in the middle of the night

I just remember the details below:

• A baby girl went missing from her bedroom in the middle of the night
• The baby girl was no more than 2 years old
• The biggest piece of info I remember from this case is that early on in the evening/night the mom was having a glass or two of wine either by herself or with her neighbor. When the case of the story got released, people were assuming the mom did something to do the baby, but I believe they cleared her.
• For some reason I think this happened in Florida (I could actually be wrong about this)
