Should I play Chains of Olympus or move on to 3 after beating 2?

I just beat the fat sister of fate with a hundred boobs, and I'm pretty sure I'm at the end of the game. After I finish the game tomorrow should I continue in release order and play Chains of Olympus or go straight to God of War 3, which I know starts right after 2 ends.
