What is the state of E-Skate regulation in Stockholm/Sweden?

Anybody know or have personal experience with how strictly the police or other traffic enforcers deal with eskate in Sweden or specifically Stockholm?

Assume that the rider stays below 20 km/hr and is mindful while riding. Is there still a strict implementation of the rules? Fines? Confiscation?

For background information, legally an eskate shouldn't be able to go faster than 20km/hr, else it is illegal. But in reality no market available electric skateboard is that low powered. As a sane person who has cycled a lot in Sweden, I would not want to go faster anyways in the bike paths.

Regardless, I'm looking for real world experience or insight on the strictness of this rule and its implementation in the big 26. Do you see any in Stockholm today or nah?
