What does the bloodied affix for berserking give you?

My weapon says “every 25 kills gain berserking”

But when I gain the buff all it says is increased damage and movement and it has no number values. It’s way too hard to tell how much it’s giving me cuz the stats on my build jump all over the place. Does anyone know HOW MUCH damage and movement speed it gives?
