I am planning to open a medical laboratory with a workload of around 25–30 patients per day, and I would really appreciate feedback from lab technicians and professionals.

I am looking for your real-life experience and recommendations regarding:

- Hematology analyzers

- Biochemistry analyzers

- Immunoassay systems

- Coagulation analyzers

From your experience:

- Which analyzers are the most reliable and accurate?

- Which ones have the least downtime and best stability?

- Any issues with reagent stability or waste?

- What would you choose again (or avoid) for a lab of this size?
