Games censored on Switch?

I got the game on switch after like over a decade of playing this on my old laptop. but has this game always been censored or is that a switch thing? is there a way to turn it off or do u need to just pick it up on my PS5 to have uncensored dialogue?

currently only PC I have is for work so no go for steam rn sadly, will pick up in future but consoles my only way atm
