Presale tix vs General Public tix

I missed the opportunity to buy tix during a presale for a show, as it states there r “no seats available” & the ticket prices were $195 for 2 tix.

I have never purchased concert tix before, so I was wondering if

1. the prices usually go up during general public sale vs presale &

2. if “no seats available” means I missed out on those seats for good, or if they will still be available tmrw
