I cloned our law firm's senior partner and now the firm is being sued. I don't know what to do

Contracts

i've been running content for a mid-size law firm for about 6 months. My whole pitch when they hired me was growing their online presence without hiring a full production team and they loved it. My boss gave me full autonomy.

two months ago I started using AI tools to scale things up. used one called argil to clone our senior partner and claude for scripting and a couple other tools to automate posting. In 3 weeks I had 30 videos live across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. Partner looked great and firm looked modern. My boss was genuinely impressed.

one of those videos was about contract termination clauses. I scripted it way too fast and I didn't have the partner review it. I figured it was general enough. it wasn't...

a small business owner watched that video and used our firm's advice to terminate a supplier contract, and it blew up in his face. He's claiming the video gave him wrong guidance on notice periods and now he's facing a counter-suit from the supplier. His lawyer sent a formal letter to the firm yesterday.

My boss called me into a meeting tomorrow and i genuinely don't know what happens now. Like legally is the firm liable? am I personally liable? i obviously deleted the videos but they were live for 3 weeks. The business owner is claiming damages from the botched contract termination.

I'm 24 and this is my first real job, i moved too fast because i was trying to prove myself but now I don't even have a lawyer. I don't know if I'm getting fired tomorrow or getting personally named in something.

i’m lowkey panicking and could really use some advice here, should i get a lawyer?
