Next Steps

22M graduating in May with a Business Administration degree. Currently working as a teller at a major bank for about a year and a half and I’ve also passed the SIE in December. I’m looking to move out of retail banking unless it leads to sponsorship for further licenses.

I know roles like client service associate / private client associate are the most obvious next step and what realistically catches my attention , but I’m trying to understand what else is realistically within reach with my background.

What other roles should I be looking at, and what are my chances looking like for a CSA/PCA roles

Would appreciate honest input especially from people who started in a similar spot.
