Am I in the wrong?

I have over 1000+ hours on siege but I never hit anything past gold because I mostly play customs with my friends. Yestersay for the first time in weeks I played a solo que ranked game it was fine I played 4 games, I had over 10 kills in every game and then the 5th game I played I hit a lucky headshot on 2 people while blinded by a fenrir as soon as the game was over I banned for TOS Breach for a Year, I am on console btw naked controller, I have a xim but use it for PC lobbies to play with my friends I don’t use no recoil scripts bc idk how to do that. I don’t get what I did wrong my xim wasn’t plugged in I was playing on controller and I get banned for that? This is outrageous and stupid because I am actually good at the game and had a relative idea of where I was getting shot from because of the bullet tracers flying next to me, I guess the battle eye anticheatbans good players because it’s used to seeing brainless idiots play the game who are most likely the randoms I get on my team. No warning just straight ban for a year idk what to do I’ve spent lots of time on that game and over 500$+ on it. do better siege I play as fair as I can but you still ban because of 2 lucky headshots. thanks for your great anti cheat Ubisoft.
