I managed to make AI videos feel like one sequence

Most AI video tools break the moment you try to go beyond 10 seconds.

I’ve been experimenting with generating longer product videos, and the biggest issue I kept hitting was:

everything resets.. new scene, different product look, no continuity.

So I tried a different approach: connect multiple clips into a longer sequence while keeping some visual consistency between them.

It’s not perfect:

- camera angles can change (part of it is intentional to make it feel more like a directed sequence rather than static shots)

- transitions can feel awkward

- the person can drift slightly between clips

But the product itself usually stays consistent, and it feels more like a sequence instead of completely random shots.

I initially built this with ads / product videos in mind, but I’m noticing it’s more flexible depending on how you guide it.

Instead of chasing perfect generation, I added a simple editor to fix the rough parts:

- trim awkward moments

- mute / adjust audio

- rearrange clips if needed

So the goal is not perfection, but getting something usable faster.

Curious:

- where would you actually use something like this?

- is “almost consistent” good enough, or still a dealbreaker?

If anyone’s building in this space or wants to try it, I can share what I’ve been working on.
