Overeating on Ozempic, I feel so ashamed

Rant

I genuinely feel so ashamed when talking about this but I don’t know what to do.

I‘ve been taking ozempic for more than 3 months now, and barely anything has changed. I’ve not lost one gram, and I actually feel like I put on some weight. My hunger went down quite a bit, but not in a good way. I feel like food noise got even worse, and I even feel anxious when thinking about food. I‘ve been an emotional eater (maybe even binge eater) for over 10 years now, and I just can‘t stop. I physically can‘t weight myself because I‘ll burst into tears. All the calorie counting feels almost suffocating and having to think so much about food is tiring. 70% of my day, I think about food, think about how I‘m not eating right but feel so guilty that I have no strength to change.

In the morning, I immediately eat something unhealthy because I feel stressed by just being alive, but because I‘m less hungry, there‘s no room for anything healthy. I‘ve been living on snacks and my fear for almost 4 months now, and I feel that I‘m weaker and have less energy.

I don‘t know who to contact or what to do but I can‘t physically change this stupid habit and it feels so hopeless. Anybody know what to do in a situation like this?
