mother constantly blames me for everything

my mother blames me for everything im struggling with. anytime i come to her with a problem i regret it because she blames me, even in irrational ways. its always that im wrong, give things too much meaning, misubderstanding things, not to mention the constant infantilization. i didnt want to tell her about my emotional issues now but it slipped out, and it ended as you can imagine. i wish i can get that therapist already, i need someone professional to talk to about this, and how to deal with it
