How to access a Facebook account that I don't have access to without password and email?

I know the title seems a little off but I swear im not trying to hack some poor person. My mom passed away last year and had a Facebook account that she left behind. I didn't get Facebook until after she left and unfortunately don't get to see all the photos she posted throughout the years she been active since I'm not friends with her on there. I don't know her password nor her email but is there a way to get the account to accept my friends request? I'm really desperate here and been missing her a ton recently so it would be amazing if this can be answered.
