I don't like how I got married. What are your thoughts on vow renewals? Or am I just being dumb?

I'm 28 and bi but married to a man. We got married as I was young, dumb and angry. I started dating him at 17. Came out at 18. My parents took it really badly and to spite them I got married to him at 18.

We stayed together post-marriage for only about 6 months. We, then, separated (didn't divorce) for over a year and dated others before we started hooking up again and got back together at 21-22. We've been together, happily, since.

As you can tell its not the greatest of marriage stories, even though the marriage is pretty good now. There's a part of me that dislikes how we got married. Do you think it's a stupid idea to rewrite the marriage with a fake wedding/renewal ceremony maybe even a fake engagement.
