Any kinds of groups?

I’ve been in a tough spot recently and I have literally nobody my age to talk to. I used to be part of a youth peer program, but now that I’m 18 I can’t go. All the peer groups I’ve found so far are mostly people over the age of 30. I’m just wondering, are there any groups that get together that are around my age? Where should I look?
