PC suddenly doesn't work anymore.
Hey all, so to begin with I've had this PC for a few years and the last two or three times I tried to turn my PC off when it was working, the light next to the button would indicate it's still on and the motherboard RGBs were also on. At that point I didn't pay much attention to it and just turned it off by holding the button. I also hadn't noticed anything wrong with it while I was using it. Then I didn't turn it on at all for a few days.
Now every time I try to turn it on the debug light for the CPU turns on, I get no power to any peripherals and I can't seem to fix it or figure out what the problem is. All the fans inside it like on the CPU, GPU and power supply all work, the motherboard's RGBs still work too if that means anything.
I've tried taking the CMOS battery out and putting it back in, I've tried turning it on without the battery in it, I checked on all the cables to see if one somehow came loose, I've cleared the dust off, tried turning it on without any peripherals connected, still nothing. One time I took out the keyboard cable and reconnected it and I noticed the lights on it lit up for like half a second and I was able to replicate that once or twice, not sure if that means anything.
Here's my parts:
CPU: 5600X
GPU: RX 6600 8GB
Mobo: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk
PSU: CoolerMaster MWE v2 750W
Any help would be really appreciated. My current plans are to just replace the CMOS bettery with a new one in hopes that this is somehow the problem and that I don't need to get a new mobo or something because that would suck. Let me know if you need any more info about the parts and whatnot. Thanks!
