Landed my dream job in a place I hate

I moved back home with my parents to help my dad after a serious medical problem. I started applying for jobs because I was starting to get low on money and got a fantastic job offer I am really excited about. The job is getting my foot in the door of an industry I have been trying to break into my whole career. The only problem is that I hate the area I moved to and I dont like being around my family. There is a ton of family drama about wills and inheritance and backstabbing blah blah blah. I want no part of it. Now that he is better, he is being his same old asshole self that made me move in the first place. I can't imagine living here long term.

I also think its noteworthy to mention i got an offer for a remote job that pays the same in my current field so I have an exit strategy
