Adopted

I adopted a dog from the shelter at the advice of a friend.

Best thing I ever did.

She is a German Sheapheard and German long hair pointer.

mix.

They found her at the end of a country road, nearly frozen, starved and she weighed almost nothing.

They helped her back to health two months before putting her up for adoption.

I did see her on Face Book and made an appointment to meet her.

They have a fenced in area and she came out running full of energy.

Came over to me,put both front paws in my lap and hugged my neck with hers.

Yeah, she went home with me that day.

(Mia) my name for her, loves to ride in the car but drools from anxiety i guess. So she is getting somewhat better about riding but will need the attention of a vet to control that.

Dog is so full of love and greets everyone she meets with enthusiasm.

Can't wait to take her hunting this fall and she can show me what she can do with pheasants and quail.

Glad I listened to my friend now because she was do right about adoption.
