Ice King Quest Stage 5 Help

For some reason, I'm not sure why, the Ice King stage 5 quest doesn't work for me. I've gone down to the Fortress and held the interact button, pressed it, waited until I was in the top 25 like some people suggested, etc., and nothing has worked. Maybe I'm missing something, I'm not sure, all I'm trying to do is get what I worked for. If anybody has any tips, or they are facing the same issue, I'd appreciate any help.
