What is the best way to build a 2k bully boyz list?

Is it to max out on the amount of Nobz you take? Like 3 units of each?

Or have less nobs but pimp them out with transports, characters etc?

I find the idea of a Nob army so cool but it seems very apt to get shot up before it gets into melee with most armies. Especially the normal Nobz with 2 wounds and a 4+ save.

How do you make best use of the big guys?
