Crop markings, printing, and keeping my sanity

I’m trying to print these cards. I used Dextrous to make them. They’re front and back. I’ve tried double-sided short edge, long edge, no edge and putting the sheet back in and printing single sided … the crop markings are offset by about an eighth of an inch and so are the images to cut. I’m printing on just standard cardtsock, nothing fancy, but I’m going crazy.

The PDFs have no inherent margins in the files, the printer language has no margin, but no matter what I cannot get the front and back side to line up.

Any idea what else I can do?
