how do i win as the SCA

i get through the first part of defeating the warlords pretty easily but defeating the americans seems completely impossible, they have x3 the troops I do along with being allied with the rest of the world so its impossible for me to scale, France/Russia get beat incredibly quick so its not like i can rush them while they have their troops in europe. What i do?
