Globus sensation??

Anyone else experience this? I feel it above my sternum kind of between my upper chest and neck? It feels like slight pressure/awareness?? (not painful, I’m just aware of it if that makes sense) and like something is just THERE. Almost feels like there’s more resistance when moving/breathing but I’m not SOB. I have health anxiety so of course I jump to worst case scenario such as: I’m dying 🤣🤣 anyway- it started this past weekend. I notice it more when I’m still and thinking about it ofc. Last Wednesday I moved from 2.5mg to 5mg. Heartburn has been more frequent but not constant.

What are we taking for this? Could it be silent reflux, GERD,…? Appreciate any input.. I know I can’t be the only one!
