English-speaking hair stylist in Sapporo?

Hi everyone! I’m looking for recommendations for a hair salon in Sapporo for a friend of mine.

He is a Caucasian male with fine, dark brown hair (his hair texture is thinner/finer than typical Asian hair). He’s looking for a standard haircut and shampoo; he doesn't need any coloring or chemical treatments.

Does anyone know a stylist or salon in the city that is comfortable with English and has experience cutting non-Asian hair? Thanks in advance for your help! :)
