Stuck on Reactor 5 ?

Just started this game, made it to Airbuster boss, I don’t have any more potions, I don’t see how to get back to the town to get more potions as I came up the slide and can’t go back up. I don’t have any tents or whatever, what can I do? Am I genuinely cooked 🙂‍↕️
