NEO GEO Being weird after being off for a year.

I just plugged in my Neo-Geo Neo 29 cabinet after being off for like a year to play some Magical Drop and I noticed right away that nothing was booting up, instead I got a weird green screen with glitch type errors around. It also looks the-same with or without the cartridge in the slot. Im pretty PC savvy but know almost nothing about Arcade cabinets, any help would be extremely appreciated!
