Game that I used to play in past

Helllo, there was a game that I used to play in past, it was like an old action game with 4 characters who progress to fight different enemies and bosses. There was a stage where there is a chase scene in the desert on car and enemies are behind us and we use barrels and guns to shoot them down.

There was also a level 2 area of dinosaurs, a lot of different dinosaurs who we had to defeat to progress further. I think there was like 2 female and 2 male characters or 1 female and 3 male characters.

I don’t remember much about the game but there was a boss fight with a guy who would swing his boomerang to us and he would be dressed like an alien or sum sort of. I had played it on my psp and phone at that time, later on I completely forgot about it and now I want to revive

My old memories with it. If anyone knows it then please tell me, thank you
