Update: my experience, useful info

I just managed to reach them via phone, Australia call center. Here is some useful info for everyone.

I called at 9am local time and got an answer within 5 minutes. Yesterday called 7pm , no answer after 2 hours.

Both our flights were cancelled, as confirmed by looking them up online.

They allow you to rebook flights on other dates in the future, but it is not guaranteed that it will be with Qatar. Your route might also change and you could have more stops. There may be additional fees to pay also, probably the difference in ticket price. Flights to Doha are unchanged in that case but from Doha to say Europe might be different route or carrier.

If you have 3 people on a ticket, it is possible to cancel one person and reschedule others, if you need that.

Refunds take 14 to 22 days to be processed.
