Concerns about Suitibility

To sum this up I basically can barely remember majority of my employment history like dates i started and dates i stopped. When filling out my Eqip i used job emails to reference from but my main question is: when it time to take my big exam I wont be able to state when and where off the top of my head, what should i do? Especially because I cant remember which references used for my eqip. I just dont want to get messed up on this.
