I failed my oral psych what do I do now

So I recently took my oral psych last Friday via Zoom and it only took about an hour from 8 AM to 9 AM and I thought it went pretty well but I just got a email today saying I failed noticed of proposed disqualification. I want to know the next steps the only part where we got stuck was on my moving violations and my prior rest one of my moving violation was speeding and she asked me why I was speeding and I told her that I don’t remember and she got mad saying how don’t you remember if talking to the cops is something scary and I recently got arrested two times in the same month for suspended license and I told her I smoked weed in high school only for one year but once a week and I told her it was to fit in because she kept asking me why I started and I think that is all actually something else is that my investigator has more moving violations in her notes then I wrote in the written part of the psych exam and the oral so I only told the psychiatrist three of the moving violations when I have like five or six that’s what my detective knows this the five or six moving violations, but on the written, I only wrote three because I was going based off my lifetime abstract, but I know I’ve gotten pulled over more than three times. Please let me know what I should do now.
