SSD may be failing 100% disk space and kb read and write speeds.

Chat gpt said my disk is failing but ive only had it for a few months and it isn't a terrible ssd. My ram isn't having issues and Ive tried multiple m.2 slots. the ssd is running at 100% capacity (disk 100%) and read and write speeds are at most 2 mb before it goes down to hundreds of kb. the average response time is 400 ms and climbing. I have a teamgroup mp33 2tb ssd. on task manager it says my 2b are formatted and the ssd shows up as a TEAM TM8FP6002T. I have 1.5 tb free of the 2tb. Please tell me if its failing or what I can do to fix this.
