Diastolic dysfunction grade 1

Hi,
I am a male, 36 years old.

I recieved a message from my cardiologist, saying that everything is fine after a checkup. I had the checkup due to a period with many PVC's daily. (5 days holter and echodiagram)

I then checked my journal and got a bit worried about the mention of Diastolic dysfunction grade 1. I wrote an email to the hospital, but never recieved any answers.

Is it a finding caused by a functional thing (Tachycardia)? I was very nervous when doing the exams.

Supplementary description: Sinus tachycardia with a rate of 105–115 during the examination. Good image quality. Left ventricle non-hypertrophic, non-dilated. Systolic function with good radial contractility, EF within normal range. Diastolic function with reversed E/A ratio of 0.9. e' lateral wall 17 cm/s. E/e' AVG of 6. Left atrium with normal indexed volume. Aorta with normal dimensions. Aortic valve tricuspid with good opening amplitude, no stenosis or insufficiency. Mitral valve with structurally normal leaflets, mild insufficiency, no stenosis. Right side shows normally dimensioned chambers, normal systolic function measured by TAPSE. Mild tricuspid regurgitation with a poorly defined TR jet velocity curve, making assessment of elevated pulmonary pressure unreliable. Inferior vena cava with normal diameter and normal respiratory variations. No signs of pericardial effusion.

Conclusion: Preserved biventricular function. Diastolic dysfunction grade I. No significant valvulopathy. No direct or indirect signs of elevated pulmonary pressure can be demonstrated.
