Nothing compares to the actual SAT???

On all the bluebook practice tests I've taken, I've gotten at least 1480 and max like 1520--but on the actual SATs I've taken (November 2025 and March 2026), I've gotten way worse scores of 1390 and 1400.... Do you guys also do way better on the official practice tests or what? It's frustrating because I study a lot yet the actual SAT questions seem so much harder than anything I can find.
