I got my account closed randomly the past week for selling “non authentic” items even though the products I was selling were authentic. I posted serial number and receipts on every listing. I even emailed Mercari support team after the closure to show detailed pictures of the receipts and the serial numbers being in the products database, and when it was purchased to show it matched up exactly with the address and the date it was purchased on the receipt and the serial numbers database information. Still they said they couldn’t verify the receipt and limited my account. Fast forward now after all my orders completed I had up to 250 dollars in the balance I did the identity verification they sent to direct deposit the money and after all that they sent me this. Is there any way to dispute this and get the money sooner? I already messaged BBB with help to get my account reinstated the day my account got limited and sent them all the evidence with the messages Mercari sent me as well. But now this comes up is completely just mad to me. I have up to 20 ratings and all of them are 5 star ratings saying I was a reliable seller and vouching for this authenticity of the products I was selling, even the pending orders that were completed rated my products as 5 stars and authentic, and now all this happens.
