Potential virus risky with mp3 download

Hi, i download mp3 files from website like y2mate. I just looked up my downloads on firefox and it says it comes from etacloud(.)org and when i looked it up online it said that it's a risky and malicious website. I only downloaded mp3 and Microsoft Defender doesn't say anything. Is this a potential virus risk ? Ty in advance
